Our dental carrier is United Healthcare Dental and accesses the nation's largest network of dentists.
The dental plan is paperless so no cards will be mailed. You may register on the UHC Dental portal to obtain an electronic card. If you are using an in-network provider a card is not needed — the provider can look you up using your name and DOB.
